Some of my favorites are: a book about Ann Judson by Sharon James, Through the Outhouse Floor, At the Edge of the Village, and my current read, A Family Living Under The Sahara Sun by Ruth Long. (I've loaned most of them out and forgotten authors and exact titles.)
