I always took the easy-way-out for cooking...in a box, pop in the micro or head to a restaurant. Moving to South Africa has changed all that. There aren't many convenience foods here and if you do find them they are more expensive. After 25 years of marriage I've finally embraced with joy a love for home-cooked meals. Much to my husband's delight!
